खरं आहे, आपला समाज स्त्री आणि पुरुष यांच्या रोलबद्दल अत्यंत साचेबद्ध आहे यात शंका नाही,एखाद्या मुलाने नेलं पेंट लावायचं म्हटलं तर त्याची आई,बहीण अस्वस्थ होतात,मुलांनी करायच्या नाहीत ह्या गोष्टी असं त्याला ठासून सांगितल जातं,किंवा एखाद्या मुलाला आपण सर्रास म्हणतो काय रडतोस मुलीसारखं,प्रयत्नपूर्वक हे मोडून काढणं आवश्यक आहे,लेख अर्थातच छान

So true. Gender bias is probably there in our subconscious thinking also. Udhanartha classical dancer mhanje aaplyala lageschach female dancerach watte. I wonder ki ekhada mulga me bharatnatyam shiknaar mhanla tar kiti parents encourage karteel ? Traditionally male bastions aslelya fields madhe jevha muli uttam kaamgiri kartaaat tevha tyancha kautukach hota. But other way round is not always true.

ReplyDeleteअमित ,लेख सुरेख आहे. आपण कसे भिंती तयार करून घेतो हा मुद्दा फारच महत्वाचा आहे. या भिंती पाडण्याचं तर लांब पण किमान जाणीव करून देणं हे सुद्धा माझ्या मते मोठं काम आहे.
